I design interfaces and brand identities in Figma and the Adobe Creative Suite, with a focus on clarity, structure and the needs of the people using them.
Customer service & sales
Before design, I spent three years at Cellcom in customer service and sales, handling accounts and resolving issues under pressure. It taught me what people actually need when they're frustrated with a product.
PR & communications
After that, a year in PR and communications, where the job was shaping messages and understanding how people receive them. Both roles feed directly into how I design.
